3. Booking & Cancellation

  1. Appointments must be confirmed within the required time frame; otherwise, they may be canceled.

  2. To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur partial or full charges.

4. Payments & Transactions

  1. We accept cash, credit cards, digital payments (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay), and online checkout.

  2. Prices include tax where applicable. Final charges are shown at checkout.

  3. Online payments are processed by secure third-party platforms. We do not store credit card data.

5. Product Sales & Returns

  1. Please refer to our official Return Policy for details on returns and refunds.

  2. Due to hygiene concerns, some items are non-returnable once opened.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on this website (text, images, logos, and design) is owned by Peko Peach Studio or its licensors.
