This policy applies to products purchased through the official Peko Peach Studio website or authorized channels. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  1. Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition — unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  3. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Opened or used products;

  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as skincare and cosmetics;

  • Sale, clearance, or “final sale” items;

  • Products not purchased from official or authorized channels;

  • Requests made after the 7-day return window.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund within a reasonable time.

3. Return Procedure

  1. All returns must be pre-approved in writing by Peko Peach Studio before being sent back.

  2. Please provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Product photos and reason for return

  1. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.

5. Policy Changes

Peko Peach Studio reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take immediate effect and apply to all current and future orders.
